Transport by School Bus will be charged extra from the day scholars who avail of this facility.

Payment of Fees and Other Charges

(a) Boarders
One-time charges plus half of the Annual Charges are to be paid at the time of admission. Balance of the fees is required to be paid by the 31st July of the year. Penalty of Rs. 50/- per day shall be charged for delayed payments. Name of the student may be struck off the school rolls if the balance of the fee is not paid by the 31st Aug. of the year. Admission fee shall be charged afresh, if readmission is allowed by the Principal.

(b) Day Scholars
One-time charges shall be paid at the time of admission. Monthly charges shall be paid in advance by the 7th of each month. Penalty of Rs. 10/- per day shall be charged for delayed payments. Name of the student may be struck off the roll if payment of monthly charges is delayed by more than 20 days. Admission fee shall be charged afresh, if readmission is allowed by the Principal.

REBATE FOR BOARDERS & OTHER MISC. POINTS

NOTE:
(1) The fee Structure as given above is effective from 1-04-2007 and is subject to change with approval of the Managing Board of the school.
(2) Registration fee will be refunded if the child, after test, is admitted.
(3)Rebate of Rs. 2500.00 will be given if the annual fee is paid in lump sum at the time of Admission/Commencement of the session.
(4)Rebate of Rs 1500.00 will be given to the boarder, in case of addmission of his/her real brother/sister.
(5) School may not provide transport to the day scholars if number of students who avail of this facility falls below 8.

Important Instructions

(1) Eligibility : At the time of Entrance Test, in February/March for a particular class, the child must be studying in:

a) The same class, if the academic year of his/her school is January to December.
b) One class lower, if the academic year is April/May to March/April.

(2) Permission to appear in the Entrance test may be withheld if the student is not eligible as per paragraph 1 above.

(3) The registration fee is not refundable or transferable in any case.

(4) The acceptance of the registration form and the fee is no guarantee that the child will be admitted and it does not involve the school in any obligation to admit the child.

(5) All correspondence regarding admission must be addressed to PRINCIPAL DAGSHAI PUBLIC SCHOOL, DAGSHAI CANTT - 173210, to receive his prompt attention, Bank Draft for Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of DAGSHAI PUBLIC SCHOOL, Dagshai on any bank at Chandigarh or Punjab National Bank Dagshai or UCO Bank, Kumarhatti should accompany the registration form (page 27-28 of the prospectus), duly filled and signed by the parent/guardian of the child.

(6) Fees once paid shall not be refunded.
